A man from Willshire is in the hospital with serious injuries…after losing control of his car, crashing into a culvert. Officials say Justin Taylor was then thrown from the wreckage. Officers arrive at State Route 49 near Piqua Road in Van Wert County. They check out Taylor in the solo crash and find he had been drinking. State and local officials are investigating the crash at this hour.
