BAND HONORED

The Wauseon High School marching band performed recently at the Columbus Grove “Eyes With Pride” band competition, and has earned a spot at the state marching band finals.

Wauseon finished second out of 13 bands at “Eyes With Pride” last Satureday, and was one of four bands to receive a superior rating — the highest rating given.

This marks the 16th consecutive year the WHS band has qualified for the State Marching Band Finals. This year’s program, “A Night at the Movies,” features music from “E.T.,” “Moon River” and a medley from “The Sound of Music.”
