Barn Fire Ends In Loss

A barn and a horse are lost in a fire in rural Angola’s Metz Township. Crews were dispatched to an E 15 N location, with reports that a horse was still inside the structure. First units on the scene found a medium sized pole barn heavily involved. Units started defensive operations to get the fire under control. Crews worked for an hour before the fire was put out. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
