Barnett Case Update

A Wauseon woman, charged with involuntary manslaughter and reckless homicide, as part of a seven-count indictment, pleads not guilty to each count. Amber Barnett, 19, is accused of causing the death of Kevin McFarland, sometime between Jan. 17-18. She was also charged with one count of felonious assault. Drug charges apply, also. Barnett is held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio on $50,000 bond. A pre-trial hearing is set for March 31 in Fulton County.
