Barrientos Pretrial Now Set

Luis Barrientos, charged with three counts of rape and a list of other charges, faced the court in Defiance. He now has a pretrial hearing coming up. Officials say Barrientos in 2018 and 2019, had sexual contact with a 7-year-old girl, at a Defiance residence. Because the victim is under 10, the rape charge is punishable by life imprisonment…without parole.
