Zane Bartley, charged in connection to the 2018 death of a Cecil man in his home, pleads guilty. Prosecutors say Bartley trespassed in the home of Philip Koenn, knowing someone was in the place…aiding Michael Loop in committing a crime. Koenn died in the shooting. Bartley was then charged with trespassing and more. Bartley could see several months in prison and up to a $5,000 fine in the case.
