Officials say the Montpelier Bean Days Balloon Fest Planning is cancelled…coronavirus. The committee in charge says financial issues…along with all the social distancing protocols involved to maintain safety…too difficult to overcome this year. Organizers say they are hoping for a better year for 2021.
