Bixler Hit With E. coli

A beach at a Kendallville lake is closed after high E. coli test results. Parks and Recreation says it’s the beach at Bixler Lake. Officials say all the recent rains is the cause. They add they will continue testing and hope the beach will be cleared by the July 4th festivities.
