Blair Appeals

Counsel for Tristan Blair, the Paulding County man sentenced to ten years in prison for the death of his 3 month old son and other charges, files an appeal in the case. Attorney, Danny Hill’s appeal states the court allegedly erred in giving the maximum sentence for one charge given the defendant’s lack of a criminal record and young age. The other case deals with the sentence given, also. The filing is now is headed to the court of appeals.
