Body Find Turns To Murder Investigation

A few days after workers at a recreation area off of Feather Valley Road in Steuben County find human remains, County Coroner, William Harter rules the death a homicide. Investigators are working to identify the victim, which could take weeks. Local, county and state detectives are on the case.
