Body Found In WC

Williams County deputies find the body of Anthony Wyse in the St. Joseph River, near McKarns Lake. Wyse, of Montpelier, was last seen leaving work, last Monday. Eight-and-a-half hours later, deputies found his vehicle in the lake’s upper parking lot while responding to a 911 call. The lake itself was searched extensively throughout the week with sonar and working dogs from the sheriff’s office and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. The body was turned over to the county coroner’s office, which will continue the investigation.
