Booze Thief Sentenced

A Fort Wayne man will have to serve four years of a six year sen­tence after he appeared in Steuben Supe­rior Court on Mon­day, to enter a guilty plea to felony bur­glary. Nathan Kear­ney was also placed on pro­ba­tion for two years and ordered to pay $791 in resti­tu­tion. Kear­ney will be allowed to serve his time on Com­mu­nity Cor­rec­tions. He was was charged with break­ing into a neigh­bors home at Hamil­ton Lake and steal­ing alcohol.
