A Fort Wayne man will have to serve four years of a six year sentence after he appeared in Steuben Superior Court on Monday, to enter a guilty plea to felony burglary. Nathan Kearney was also placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay $791 in restitution. Kearney will be allowed to serve his time on Community Corrections. He was was charged with breaking into a neighbors home at Hamilton Lake and stealing alcohol.
