A 9-year-old boy…badly injured in an accident at Fulton Lucas and Angola roads on Saturday…has died. Officials say Thomas Harmon of Swanton was heading west on Angola…he failed to yield at a stop sign…smashing in to another vehicle. Jackson Weis was identified as the victim…he was in that second car. The boy’s father, Jeffery Weis of Toledo, had to be cut out from the vehicle. He is badly hurt at this hour. One other was injured in that vehicle. The driver of the other car is under observation at an area hospital.
