Brannon Case Update

A Defiance man is arraigned in a Defiance County courtroom on a murder charge. Keith Brannon pled not guilty to that…and a list of other charges. Prosecutors say Brannon is accused of causing the death of Brandon Bailey, 31, of Napoleon, back on March 23 at the defendant’s home on the city’s southeast side. Officers had been called to the residence for the report of a deceased adult male. Officials did not make a determination about a possible homicide until the Lucas County Coroner’s Office conducted an autopsy. The indictment also alleges that Brannon attempted to alter or remove evidence, following Bailey’s death. The case continues.
