A Fulton County man is brought in by police following an incident in Wauseon. James Elias is charged with aggravated burglary. He was arrested by the Wauseon Police and taken to the Corrections Center in Stryker. Investigators say Elias entered an occupied trailer on North Shoop Avenue. The occupant reportedly sustained a minor injury in the incident. He has another court date set for the 14th.
