Brewer Avoids Jail

Jennifer Brewer of Kunkle previously pleaded guilty to possession of heroin in connection to a Fulton County drug bust in August. She was sentenced to two years of community control, and ordered to pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees. Brewer will also have to successfully complete the Drug Court program. The judge also told her she will not drink alcohol or take drugs. She can’t go places where alcohol is, including friends homes. The judge finished sentencing with a threat…if Brewer fails any of those requirements…she could see a year in jail.
