Brown Case Update

A man with a drug-related criminal record is given another chance at rehab in a Defiance County court room…in a domestic abuse case. George Brown of Sherwood, is placed on community control for four years on assault charges. Prosecutors say Brown attacked his ex-girlfriend and cut the tires on her vehicle with a knife…in an incident in Ney. Brown had pled no contest to the charges in Feb….when he was found guilty and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
