Defiance County deputies arrest a man on 49 counts of gross sexual imposition and 24 counts of child endangerment. Simuel Brown of Defiance, was taken into custody at the lockup in Stryker. Prosecutors say it was an ongoing course of conduct, involving two juvenile victims over a number of years.
