BRYAN BAND CONCERT TO COMMEMORATE HARTMAN’S 100TH

This week’s Bryan City Band con­cert is being held in honor of the late John Hartman’s 100th birth­day.

Hart­man directed the band from 1962 until he retired in 2009. Hart­man died last Novem­ber 8th.

Band offi­cials say the con­cert will begin at 8 p.m. Wednes­day on the square. In the case of any weather related issues, the con­certs take place at the MacDonald-Ruff Ice Arena.
