The Bryan Board of Public Affairs unanimously approves a request from Bryan City Schools and the Bryan Athletic Boosters…for a waiver of fees on meters and wiring permits. The request was being made in light of the athletic complex project going on at the high school. Part of that project includes replacing the current lighting system, installed in 1987, with LED lights that will be brighter…while using less energy, officials say.
