The Bryan Board of Public Affairs approves hiring a new operations manager. They agreed to hire Jimmy Dunning into the position, effective Aug. 7. Dunning has nearly 10 years of experience at Bryan Municipal Utilities and holds an Ohio EPA Class III Water Supply License and certification from California State University in utility management. As Dunning is currently the water superintendent, the board also approved posting to fill that position.
