Bryan Board of Public Affairs meeting.

There were personnel changes and an update on an open position during the Bryan Board of Public Affairs meeting. The board approved reclassifying Todd Stimpfle to regular employment status within the engineering department. The board was also updated on the vacant human resources position. Clerk/treasurer John Lehner informed the board notices have been posted in various publications and online and that so far about a dozen applications have been received.
