After discussing the matter a third time and hearing from one of the current residents, the Bryan Board of Public Affairs remains undecided on whether it should continue in the home rental business. The discussion revolves around whether it would be worth it to invest in repairs to the four single-family homes owned by Bryan Municipal Utilities or to demolish them. Suzy Hensley, who lives in one of the homes, said she has worked to keep her home in a reasonable living condition. Board members agreed Hensley’s home was in the best condition of the four, which in some cases require extensive work.
