The City of Bryan’s 2018 budget is set to go up by 7.6 percent from 2017. The citywide spending increase includes a projected 10.1 percent uptick for Bryan Municipal Utilities…and a 4.9 percent increase in the city council budget. So far, no real uproar against the budget has been seen or heard.
