The Bryan City Council approved a third ordinance over adult use cannabis within the city limits, with a final decision likely coming next Monday. Council met in special session to consider an ordinance that would limit the adult use cannabis operators, cultivators and dispensaries within the city limits. Last week, it approved first readings of two ordinances, one to ban operations altogether within city limits and another to ban them essentially from the downtown area.
