Bryan Company Lives Earth Day Every Day

Earth Day is this week, but a Bryan busi­ness does its part every day to help pro­tect the envi­ron­ment. WiltonKeck Recy­cling started up last year and, in eight months of oper­a­tion, has recy­cled about 115 tons of paper mate­r­ial, the equiv­a­lent of about 2,000 trees. They’ve also sent over 200,000 pounds of card­board to mills for recy­cling into paper in that time­frame. In other words, every month or so, WiltonKreck is send­ing out 45,000 pounds of recy­clables. The com­pany aims to be a one-stop shop for recy­cling as they also han­dle metal and plas­tic materials.
