On Monday, Bryan council approved raising sewer charges for municipal customers, which will take effect on February 20. Under the planned hikes, the average monthly bill for a residential user will go from approximately $32 to $34.96 this year, $37.88 in 2027, $40.84 in 2028, and $43.75 in the final year.
