One person was charged with driving without a license in a car accident at the Fountain Park Inn and Villas assisted living senior community Saturday. Bryan police say 85 year-old Clarence Browning Jr., who lives at Fountain Park, was driving his vehicle into the parking lot when he lost control and it jumped the curb and ran into the building, stopping in a room occupied by a resident named Lois Smith. Both she and the driver were injured by falling debris and taken by ambulance to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan. The driver was later cited for driving without a license.
