BRYAN MAN INDICTED BY FULTON GRAND JURY

A Ful­ton County grand jury indicted nine peo­ple this week, includ­ing one per­son from Williams County.

19 year old Rus­sell L. Cain IV of Bryan was indicted on one count each of pos­ses­sion of heroin, and traf­fick­ing in heroin and attempted tam­per­ing with evi­dence. Pros­e­cu­tors allege that on June 6, Cain trans­ported, deliv­ered or dis­trib­uted heroin with rea­son­able cause to believe it was intended for sale. They also accuse him of allegedly tam­per­ing with evi­dence in an offi­cial investigation.
