Bryan Police report the sev­eral arrests from Thurs­day…

28 year old Tiffany Risk of Mont­pe­lier was arrested for shoplift­ing. Risk was turned over to West Unity Police, who were hold­ing two war­rants on her at the time of that arrest.

32 year old Troy Ward of Bryan was arrested and charged with theft by decep­tion.

And 27 year old Matthew Costanzo of Mont­pe­lier was arrested on a bench war­rant out of Bryan Munic­i­pal Court for fail­ure to appear on a charge of pro­ba­tion vio­la­tion. The orig­i­nal charge he faced was vio­la­tion of a tem­po­rary pro­tec­tion order. Ward was locked up in CCNO.
