Bryan PD Make Arrest But Offer Little Information

Bryan Police made an arrest Mon­day night. It was just before 8 last night, when police arrested 54 year old Edward Rupp of Bryan, who they charged with dis­or­derly con­duct, men­ac­ing, and resist­ing arrest. After that, they released him with­out fur­ther information.
