Bryan PD Report

Bryan Police have been keep­ing busy. They report:

20 year old Nicholas Bishop of Bryan was arrested and charged with con­sum­ing under­age. He was released on his own recog­ni­zance.

19 year old Joshua Cox of Bryan was arrested and charged with two counts of fur­nish­ing alco­hol to a minor. He was released on his own recog­ni­zance.

29 year old Perry Deeds of Bryan was arrested and charged with a count of OVI and a count of open con­tainer in a motor vehi­cle. He was released on his own recog­ni­zance.

24 year old Melvin Hot­tois of Whit­more, Michi­gan was arrested and charged with one count of assault. He was taken to CCNO.

28 year old Charles Nick­ells of Edger­ton was arrested and charged with one count of pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana and one count of pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana para­pher­na­lia. He was released on his own recognizance.
