Bryan PD Report

Early Thurs­day morn­ing, Bryan Police arrested 29 year old Cecil C. Web­ster. Web­ster was nabbed on a Felony War­rant from the She­boy­gan County Sheriff’s Depart­ment, She­boy­gan, Wis­con­sin. The charge for that war­rant was Escape. Web­ster was taken to CCNO where he was locked up, most likely await­ing extra­di­tion back to Wisconsin.
