ON Tuesday, Bryan Police arrested 56 year old Jeffrey A. Stiltner of Bryan for OVI and Assured Clear Distance Ahead. He was released.
Then on Wednesday, police nabbed 23 year old Stefan R. Bates of Bryan on a bench warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was posted and he was released.
