Bryan Police List Arrests

A busy week­end for Bryan Police… 24 year old Alex Behrman of Napoleon, was arrested for OVI early Sat­ur­day morn­ing. He was released. Also on Sat­ur­day, just after 2am, Bryan Police arrested Shane Smith-Myers of Bryan, for Pos­ses­sion of Mar­i­juana Para­pher­na­lia. He too was released. Then on Sun­day, Bryan Police sprang into action when they got a call about an intox­i­cated dri­ver. Offi­cers tried to pull the vehi­cle over on North Main Street, but the dri­ver con­tin­ued on, fail­ing to stop for police, who chased it to a home in Stryker. That’s when 48 year old David Jones of Wash­ing­ton Street in Stryker was arrested and charged with OVI, no turn sig­nal and improper turn­ing, dri­ving under sus­pen­sion, flee­ing and elud­ing. Jones was taken to CCNO.

On Sun­day, 27 year old Cavin Size­more of East High Street in Bryan was pulled over and arrested for OVI. He was released. And also on Sun­day, Bryan Police arrested 31 year old Jes­sica Gar­cia of South Main Street in Bryan for OVI. She too was sim­ply released.
