A Bryan woman dies behind the wheel in Steuben County. Deputies responded to State Road 120 at County Road 550 North, just west of Orland. Investigators say Haley Weaver was eastbound on 120 and ran off the south side of the roadway, hitting a tree. Weaver was pronounced dead at the scene. She was not wearing a seat-belt at the time. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor. The investigation continues.
