A Defiance man is brought in after a break-in on Ottawa Avenue. Brandon Fairchild is charged with burglary and resisting arrest. Fairchild was taken to Mercy Defiance Hospital for treatment of a police dog bite. He was then taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, pending an appearance in Defiance Municipal Court. The case remains under investigation.
