The case of a former Napoleon High School teacher, facing charges of sexual imposition, has been delayed. Randy Burke of Napoleon, has been indicted on six counts. A jury trial is set for Aug. 5. Prosecutors say the pretrial hearing was moved to July 15. Burke was placed on paid administrative leave from all teaching and coaching duties in Sept, after sexual harassment complaints were filed against him. He was indicted by a Henry County grand jury in Nov…the district suspended him without pay. In April, Burke resigned from all contracts he had with Napoleon Area Schools…the board of education accepted it.
