Butler Trial Approaches

Cameron Butler, charged with assault and more after a car chase with police in Defiance County last November, will have his day in court next week. They say Butler hit a Defiance police cruiser on Perry Street. He then left the scene, failed to stop when ordered by officers and led them on a pursuit in Defiance, causing harm to three citizens by striking their vehicles.
