Buzzard Arrested

Indiana agents arrest a Steuben County man, concluding a lengthy ten month child exploitation investigation. Officers arrived at Stephen Buzzard’s Lake Pleasant home, shortly after the warrant was issued. He was taken to Noble County Jail, where he will remain in custody until he is transferred back to Steuben County. The multi-agency investigation continues.
