A woman is airlifted from the banks of the Wabash River after her vehicle veered off S.R. 116, in Wells County, careening into the water. A witness told authorities the vehicle then flipped, becoming completely submerged. Crews were able to pull the vehicle, with the woman still inside, from the river. The car was in the water for nearly an hour. The woman was revived by medics. Her condition is unknown.
