The Ohio Department of Transportation and Edgerton have launched a partnership in which the village and ODOT will share some street and road services and equipment. ODOT will be able to keep some equipment, such as vehicles and road salt, at the Edgerton Street Department facility on Depot Street, while Edgerton will receive some assistance from ODOT on asphalt repair and pavement marking, along with about 17 tons of road salt. The agreement involved no financial terms.
