Car once owned by murder victim Fischer crashed recently

A man who bought a car from Hannah Fischer, who was killed last month, crashed that vehicle over the weekend, and the dead woman’s name came up as the owner. That caught law enforcement’s attention, but they quickly learned the man who wrecked the car, 32-year-old Matthew Baldwin, never transferred the license plates into his name. For this crash, he’s charged with OVI. The State Highway Patrol said the car has nothing to do with the woman’s murder. The man charged with killing her, 47-year-old Frank Tracy, Jr. is being sought.
