The Edon Village Council finalizes its spending plan for COVID-19 relief funding. Officials say over three payments, the village received around $103,000 from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security…or CARES Act. They will be doing some updates to the community building, to battle the illness. That includes installing touchless entrances, removal of carpeting from the walls, new drywall…and adding touchless features to the bathroom, such as sinks and paper towel dispensers. The cost?…roughly 22 grand.
