Harold Carlson pleads guilty to two counts of rape in Williams County. One victim aged 13-21, the other was 13. In October 2018, an indictment by a Williams County Grand Jury originally brought forth 17 separate sex offense charges against Carlson, most of which were ultimately dropped. The offenses spanned from 2010 to 2018. Sentencing for more charges is scheduled for Aug. at the Williams County courthouse. Carlson is currently being held at CCNO.
