Carpenter Faces Charges

A 34-year-old woman is arrested at Fifth Third Field for abduction. Toledo Police says the woman, Hannah Carpenter, from Liberty Center, attempted to grab a stroller…in an attempt to take the child that was in it. Carpenter is due in court, today.
