Wanted fugitive, Charles Castner of Orland surrendered himself to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office without incident. Castner was booked into the Steuben County Jail on several felony charges in connection with the burglary of a rural Jamestown Township home in late 2017. Castner posted cash bond and was released. He faces the court in the coming weeks.
