The Veterans Memorial Building and Plaza on the Williams County fairgrounds was dedicated Sunday afternoon. The plaza contains the names of thirteen thousand veterans from Williams County who served in the U.S. military. The plaza and hall were a grass-roots effort to honor local veterans.
