The Vet­er­ans Memo­r­ial Build­ing and Plaza on the Williams County fair­grounds was ded­i­cated Sun­day after­noon. The plaza con­tains the names of thir­teen thou­sand vet­er­ans from Williams County who served in the U.S. mil­i­tary. The plaza and hall were a grass-roots effort to honor local veterans.
