Deputies arrested Bryan res­i­dent Richard O. Jones on rape charges. The 68-year-old man was indicted on nine gross sex­ual impo­si­tion charges and one indict­ment of rape. He was taken to the Cor­rec­tions Cen­ter of North­west Ohio and booked into the jail.
