Cory Caulkins of Bryan faces one count of failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony, and receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. Authorities say on March 17, he received a stolen car and also willfully eluded or fled police after receiving a signal to bring the vehicle to a stop.
